Prabha Ravi is an independent director, senior manager and governance & management consultant with more than two decades of experience delivering high-performing outcomes across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

She specialises in building and delivering major work programmes through innovative, analytical methods, strong team management and genuine stakeholder engagement. For over a decade, she has provided sustainable long-term vision and strategic direction to the boards she has served, and worked closely with management teams to translate that direction into effective execution.

Prabha is an experienced presenter, facilitator, coach and mentor, and a well-regarded contributor at board and management-meeting level. She currently sits on several not-for-profit boards across a range of sectors, bringing diversity in thinking, gender and ethnicity to every table she joins.

Her international outlook is grounded in extensive first-hand experience: over 45 countries visited promoting the New Zealand education brand, sourcing B2B and B2C business opportunities, running training workshops, and recruiting international students — work that gives her a genuine, practised understanding of how organisations in India and the Middle East think, decide and grow.
